Shared on your terms.
You are paid for the right to use your data. You decide what data to share and which offer to take; the contract sets what a lab may do with it.

Why do AI labs want proprietary data?
AI is learning to do real work: answer the customer, quote the job, fix the defect, close the books. The public internet barely shows how that happens inside a business. Your records do.
What could ours be worth?
Value depends on the data’s coverage, quality, specialization, usage rights and buyer demand. An appraisal identifies potential uses and what would be needed to prepare it for licensing.
Are we selling our data?
In effect, yes: you are paid for it. Most deals are written as licenses rather than outright sales, so you keep your copy and the lab gets a defined right to use it. Exclusivity, duration and price vary by deal, and all of it is in the contract before you sign.
Can we take it back later?
You can stop sharing more data, and a contract can require a lab to delete what it received. But once a model has been trained on your data, what it learned cannot be removed, so decide what to share with that in mind.
Can we share records that involve our customers?
Only what you have the right to share. Customer contracts, NDAs, vendor licenses and privacy law can all limit it, and some privacy laws treat sharing personal data for money as a sale. We go through this with you, and your counsel, before anything is prepared.
Will labs see our customers' private information?
They should not. Personal and confidential details are masked or removed before a lab sees anything (for spreadsheets, on your own computer before upload), and you review the prepared dataset first. No method is perfect, so we keep what is shared to what the work needs.
Do we have to move or change our tools?
No. We work with the exports your tools already make, and only with the systems you choose to include.
What makes Navaday different from a broker?
We prepare the data as well as connect you with buyers. Industry specialists assess, clean, structure and document the records, preserving their source history.
